Multi account cards are really a nice one to avoid carrying lot of cards in wallet. However, since most of the payment schemes and banks may not agree to have another payment schemes or banks account together due to the business reasons. But for sure, it will be good to have debit and credit accounts from same scheme/bank in same card along with may be access control, ticketing together. I see a good potential for this
