Question – is anyone really interested in the manufacturing process for smart cards? Or is it just something that happens in the background these days?

Yes, I am really interested to know more about the process. It will be really great if someone can explain the process mainly the process like flex bump, coil on module, etc.

Understood Jijo. You are only looking at 1 step of the process there, the embedding. There are many more steps to making a smart card….. I’ll either continue with comments here or could look at a blog for you too.
