Colour core card body- Blue

Hi Peeps,

I would like to ask. Currently I in amidst to form card with the blue card body structure. The idea is i have to print offset printing on the blue PVC sheet in order to get the blue core card body. Is there any ink that solidly pure white that can cover blue core at the back to make sure the artwork not blueish at all. At the moment I’m using Sicure Litho Ultimax SP opaque white from Siegwerk. However, still i have to double print at the white area, this cause hassle and time consuming. I need help from those that know and able to help me. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
