If you’re able to clone cards before the antenna is damaged, then you can do the same after also replacing the antenna. The IC comes with LA and LB pins to connect the antenna. You can connect the new antenna to these pins if you have infrastructure to do so. If your question is towards destroying cards, then punch the IC not antenna.
