Mobile Payments

Good Morning, 

As we know there are already players like apple pay, google pay and now Samsung pays in the market which is NFC-based mobile payments. I would like to know if we can have our own app and partner with the Banks, MasterCard, and Visa and provide similar payment through the application both on android and IOS?

Also, I am looking for someone who is into the development of this mobile application and integration of the NFC payment methods.
